Smile... okay, here's the story copied from the plaque below the statue, titled "Billion Years of Love." "A true love story between a doctor from Holland and a Taiwanese young lady took place in the conservative Tainan. An oath made here at Eternal Golden Castle testified the strong passion of the couple who came from two different countries. The fort had witnessed a love story as strong and full of grandeur and is worth praising as history." Ummm... so Emma and I got this crazy idea to blow kisses at each other. The picture turned out kinda cute so I posted it.
